The Process

1. Quote – call us to discuss your inspection requirements and advise of the property address so that we may provide you a quote.
2. Confirm – we will contact the agent to confirm a time and date to meet your contract of sale requirements.
3. Inspection- inspection by experienced, insured and qualified builders/pest inspectors is carried out.
4. Report – reports are completed and emailed within agreed timelines.
5. Discuss- once you have read the reports please call us to clarify.
